2. Player Eligibility

Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be suspended immediately, with any balance forfeited in accordance with applicable law.
Geographic Eligibility

One Account Per Player
Each individual player may hold only one registered account on r55. The operation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, household, IP address, device, or payment method — is strictly prohibited. r55 uses automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, r55 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any bets or winnings, and retain all deposited funds pending investigation.
Personal Capacity
You confirm that you are acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party. You confirm that you are not a compulsive gambler, that you are not experiencing financial difficulty that makes gambling inappropriate for you at this time, and that you are not self-excluded from any other gambling platform. You accept full personal responsibility for your gambling activity on r55.
3. Account Registration
To access the full range of r55 Services, including deposits, withdrawals, and wagering, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. By submitting a registration, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
Registration Information
During registration, you will be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, a mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh, and a chosen username and password. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times and to notify r55 promptly if any details change.
Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your r55 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. r55 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact r55 support immediately.
Account Verification (KYC)
r55 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its anti-money laundering obligations. r55 may request identity documents — including but not limited to a copy of your National Identity Card (NID), passport, driver's licence, and/or proof of address — at any time. r55 will typically request verification before processing a withdrawal above a specified threshold. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the r55 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). r55 supports a range of local payment methods to make banking as convenient as possible for players across Bangladesh.

r55 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. r55 reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time without prior notice.
Deposit Terms
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction.
- Deposits are credited to your r55 wallet promptly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. In most cases this occurs within minutes for mobile money services.
- r55 does not charge a processing fee on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own fees, for which r55 accepts no responsibility.
- r55 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on any account, including for responsible gaming purposes.
- Only funds deposited by the registered account holder may be used. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
Withdrawal Terms
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 per request.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that belongs to the registered account holder. r55 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
- r55 targets processing of withdrawal requests within 15 minutes for mobile money services during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.
- r55 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly for first withdrawals or amounts above a specified threshold.
- Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where a responsible gaming concern, fraud suspicion, or outstanding KYC requirement exists on the account.
- r55 does not process withdrawals of funds that have not been derived from genuine wagering activity on the platform.
5. Bonuses and Promotions
r55 offers bonuses, free bets, and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses offered by r55 are subject to specific terms that will be stated clearly at the point of offer. The following general bonus terms apply to all r55 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Eligibility criteria (including minimum deposit, qualifying game types, and geographic restrictions) will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
- Unless explicitly stated as "no wagering" bonuses, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
- Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play may only be used on games specified as eligible within the individual promotion's terms. - Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be forfeited without compensation.
6. Game Rules and Fair Play
r55 offers a catalogue of casino games and sports betting markets sourced from certified third-party game studios and data providers. All games available on r55 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by trained human dealers under studio conditions. Betting Integrity
All bets placed on r55 are final once confirmed. r55 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error by the player, including incorrect selections, incorrect stake amounts, or bets placed on the wrong event or market. Prohibited Conduct

Technical Failures

7. Responsible Gaming

8. Intellectual Property
All content on the r55 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall selection and arrangement of content — is the property of r55 or its content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The r55 brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of r55.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the r55 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the r55 platform or its content for any commercial purpose without express written permission from r55.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, r55 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or computer damage, arising out of or in connection with your use of the r55 platform.
r55 makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. r55's total liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Player Responsibility
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose the funds you wager. r55 accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred on the platform. By using r55, you confirm that you are gambling with funds you can afford to lose and that you are doing so voluntarily and of your own free will.
10. Privacy and Data

By registering an account on r55, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. r55 does not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data collected is used solely for the purpose of providing the Services, conducting KYC verification, complying with legal obligations, and improving the r55 platform.
11. Account Closure and Termination
You may close your r55 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC obligations.
r55 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where r55 has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has breached any provision of these Terms; (b) the player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful conduct; (c) continued operation of the account poses a risk to r55, other players, or third parties; or (d) r55 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. In cases of termination for cause, r55 may withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the r55 platform shall be submitted first to r55's internal dispute resolution process. To initiate a dispute, contact r55 support with a written description of the issue. r55 will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and aim to resolve it within 30 days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through r55's internal process, you may escalate the matter through available legal channels. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
